Statewide North Carolina Car Accident Law Firm

Our car accident law practice serves crash victims throughout North Carolina.  We have focused our efforts solely on helping victims of NC roadway accident cases including motorcycle accidents, auto accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, and bicycle accidents.  Our boutique law firm drills down on the investigation of every accident, and we work immediately to determine whether the at-fault driver was employed (leaving the employer jointly liable for our client’s losses), to identify and charge all at-fault drivers, to locate and access all applicable insurance policies, and to maximize the personal injury claim settlement in every case.  An immediate and aggressive legal response is the key to identifying all money sources to fund your accident claims and commanding the respect of the insurance adjusters who will ultimately issue payment for all injury and accident claims.

Carl Nagle left the insurance industry and the insurance defense law firm he worked for in Atlanta to work here in North Carolina only on behalf of accident victims.  Our first office, currently our home office, was started in Winston Salem in 1996.  Our first branch office was our Hickory office.  We then purchased and now own our offices in Raleigh, Asheville, and Wilmington.  We then opened locations in Charlotte and Greensboro.  For clients who cannot visit one of our seven statewide offices, we offer free home visits and we also can handle most every aspect of our client’s personal injury cases through phone calls and exchanged mail.  We make the insurance claim process safe and very easy, and we always seek the highest payment for every accident victim who entrusts their case to us.

Most of our cases settle, with no lawsuit filings and no court involvement.  Again, we can come to you if this helps to get your case started and we also investigate the collision wherever it occurred in North Carolina.  If negotiations break down and we cannot get the case resolved through a private settlement, we conduct your jury trial in your home county.  Thus, even if we don’t have an office location in your hometown, we truly provide local service in every case.  In today’s world, online meetings through Zoom or other video-conference services allow us to speak face-to-face with any client who prefers a video conference rather than a conventional call.  Wherever you are in North Carolina, if you or a loved one suffered serious injuries as a result of a roadway accident, we stand ready to help you right now.

OFFICE LOCATIONS:

Winston Salem, NC

For two decades, we have maintained our location in the 380 Knollwood complexes near the heart of Winston Salem.  This is our home office and the location where we collect all medical records and preserve collision evidence for all of our clients.  Our Winston-Salem law office serves residents of Greensboro, High Point, Mount Airy, Pilot Mountain, Burlington, Lexington, Thomasville, and all other areas in the Piedmont Triad.  For clients who prefer a home visit to begin representation, we have a retired North Carolina State Trooper who helps with in-home meetings and with police communications, and crash investigations.  From our Winston-Salem location, we conduct trials in all surrounding counties including Forsyth, Yadkin, Davie, Davidson, Guilford, Alamance, Surry, Stokes, Wilkes, and Iredell.

Greensboro, NC

Our office in Greensboro is close to our home office in Winston Salem, and it is conveniently located near downtown Greensboro and the Guilford County courthouse.  From our Greensboro location, we serve clients in Reidsville, Roxboro, Burlington, Asheville, and in all areas between Greensboro and our nearby offices in Raleigh, Winston Salem, and Charlotte.

Hickory, NC

Our initial Hickory location was downtown, and this was the first location as we grew beyond our initial location in Winston-Salem.  After several years, we moved from downtown to a location at the Hickory and Conover border on Fairgrove Church Road.  Our office manager in Hickory, Paul Hedrick, is a lead crash investigator.  Paul is a retired North Carolina State Trooper, and he worked for years as a Motor Carrier Enforcement Officer.  This is the division of our State Patrol that governs tractor-trailer and commercial vehicle traffic and handles investigations of truck and commercial vehicle crashes throughout the state.

We have had great success helping residents of Hickory and surrounding areas including Taylorsville, Lenoir, Newton, Morganton, Granite Falls, Wilkesboro, and Boone.  Our trial team stands ready to conduct a jury trial in all area counties including Catawba, Alexander, Wilkes, Iredell, Burke, McDowell, Cleveland, and Rutherford.

Raleigh, NC

Our busiest location is Raleigh, NC, and we own our office space in Brier Creek Parkway, close to the borders of Durham and Raleigh.  Just minutes from the airport, our office is a short distance from the intersection of Interstate 540 and Highway 70-Glenwood Avenue.  Adam Barrett is our office manager, and Adam has decades of experience working as a claims adjuster for a large national insurance carrier.

Raleigh is second only to Charlotte in traffic volume, and the Research Triangle area is one of the best areas of the state for residents seeking quality of life, upscale shopping, and modern big-city amenities in a relatively small city environment.  Unfortunately, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, and Chapel Hill are experiencing an unfortunately high number of serious roadway accidents.  With Interstate 85 and Interstate 40 intersecting nearby, and with multiple colleges, large businesses, and growing residential areas, we see an increasing number of serious motor vehicle accidents occurring year after year in this area.

We welcome free in-person free legal consultations at our Raleigh office, and we are also glad to visit any client who needs our help but cannot make it to an office appointment.  Our Raleigh law office serves residents throughout Eastern North Carolina including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Hillsborough, Garner, Cary, Wake Forest, Rocky Mount, Wilson, Elizabeth City, New Bern, Greenville, Goldsboro, and Kinston.

Wilmington, NC

Our Wilmington office is currently by appointment only, and we own our location directly on the waterfront at 18 South Water Street in the center of historic downtown Wilmington.  Because we have had many cases in active litigation in New Hanover County and other surrounding counties, we purchased our office space and have maintained a presence in downtown Wilmington for over 10 years.  Our Wilmington location is a branch of our Raleigh office and, from our Wilmington office, we serve clients throughout Southeast North Carolina.

We have handled a number of large-loss, severe motor vehicle accidents in Wilmington, Fayetteville, and the southeast corner of our state.  Those who visit the coast often encounter dangers on Interstate 40 where it terminates at the east coast, and the high volume of commercial traffic that travels north and south on I-95 through Fayetteville also results in an unusually high number of trucking accidents in this area.

Asheville, NC

Mr. Nagle resides in Winston Salem, NC, but has a second home in Asheville along with our office located in downtown Asheville.  Asheville, NC is a particular area of focus for our law practice, and we are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in this growing legal community.  Asheville has emerged as a leading tourist destination, and we frequently see out-of-state visitors becoming involved in collisions on our mountain roads.  When a collision occurs, visitors return home and don’t know where to turn when they are approached by the at-fault driver’s insurance adjusters and legal representatives.

Retired New Jersey attorney Doug Clark manages our Asheville office.  While he no longer actively practices law, Doug enjoys remaining in the legal environment and he has helped us serve residents of Asheville and surrounding areas for many years.  Our Asheville office is located within walking distance of the Buncombe County courthouse, and we also conduct trials in all surrounding mountain counties including McDowell, Mitchell, Yancey, Madison, Haywood, Henderson, Transylvania, and all counties north and west of Asheville.

Charlotte, NC

Our Charlotte office is located in the Charlotte City Center building located at the intersection of 9th Street and Tryon Street.  We are walking distance from the Mecklenburg County courthouse and, from our Charlotte office, we serve residents of Charlotte and all surrounding areas including Matthews, Gastonia, Concord, Salisbury, Mooresville, Huntersville, Shelby, Pineville, Albemarle, Wadesboro, and Rockingham.  As the largest city in North Carolina, Charlotte unfortunately also is the city where more motor vehicle collisions occur than any other city or town in our state.  With two of the nation’s busiest interstate highways intersecting at the edge of the center of a major metropolitan city, roadway dangers are ever-present and we have handled a large number of serious accident cases for victims of Charlotte area collisions.
