Proper Injury Case Presentation

Insurance adjusters will not help you to highlight your medical evidence, build your injury case, or isolate reasons why they should pay you more money. Instead, they try to focus only on the weaknesses of the injury claim. When they consider how much to pay, they look at the strength of your legal team, your apparent willingness to bring the case through trial, and all of the evidence that a jury would see in a trial setting.

Every victim prefers a private settlement. However, you should not settle unless all responsible parties come forward with a payment offer that reflects what you would win at trial. Getting them to this point is the challenge.
