This firm was outstanding in working through a very complex case after someone crashed into me. We were hesitant at first to go with a firm that we had never heard of —but our accident happened on Christmas Eve and we received a very informative packet from the Nagel Firm —including a book explaining the civil litigation process, just a day or two after Christmas. Their timely and professional outreach convinced us. We spoke with an investigator that same day and we immediately felt comfortable with their firm. The whole process was smooth. I was able to send pictures and forms to them via email and they proceeded to so all the background work. I would occasionally send medical bills and statements but that was about the extent of the burden from my end. As we were not at fault in our accident, the Nagel firm was able to negotiate a fair but generous settlement quickly. We will definitely use this firm again if we have another unfortunate accident.
