Your Accident Report
Raleigh Injury and Accident Attorney
Accident victims collect compensation for collision-related losses only if they are able to prove that they were innocent of any wrongdoing, and that the accused driver caused all harm and losses claimed. Thus, determining how the accident took place is our first step to case success. The investigating officer's accident report is typically the best source to help identify all factors relevant to fault and causation.
